Refund policy
At Velvore, every product is custom printed on demand especially for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns on Change of Mind Since all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or if you simply don't like the product.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a print error, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect/damage

Wrong Item Received If you received a wrong item, we will send the correct product immediately at no charge.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
Refunds Refunds are only issued in case of:
- Damaged/defective product (if replacement is not possible)
- Wrong item delivered
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Size Issues Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We are not responsible for size issues if the correct size was ordered as per the chart.
